⏱️ Important — 30-Day Address Window

Your UK address is valid for 30 days from payment verification. You must place your Amazon/eBay order and have it delivered to our UK warehouse within this window. After 30 days the address expires and you will need to submit a new order.

Total transit is typically 14–28 days from payment verification: Amazon UK delivers to our warehouse in 2–5 days, freight runs take 7–14 working days, and customs clearance + last-mile delivery is 3–7 working days in Sri Lanka.

Maximum single parcel length is 100 cm. There is no hard limit on weight, but very heavy items (over 30 kg) may attract higher freight charges which will be reflected in your quote.

Our quote-first model ensures complete transparency — you know the exact all-in cost before spending anything on Amazon. It also protects us from accepting parcels we cannot cover. Once payment is verified, your UK address is instantly unlocked.
