Refund Policy

Our Commitment: We operate on a quote-first model so you always know the full cost before paying. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
1. Cancellations Before Payment

You may cancel your order at any time before making payment with no charge whatsoever. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will close the order immediately.

2. Cancellations After Payment — Before UK Address Used

If you have paid but have not yet placed an order with Amazon/eBay or any UK retailer using your revealed address, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment verification.

  • A full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be issued.
  • Refunds are returned via the same payment method used (bank transfer to your BOC account, or PayPal refund).
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days.
3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • The UK address has been used to place a UK retailer order.
  • Your parcel has been received at our UK warehouse.
  • Customs duties have been paid on your behalf.
  • The parcel has been dispatched from the UK.
  • Refusal due to prohibited items — prohibited item screening is your responsibility before ordering.
  • Parcels refused at our UK warehouse due to missing REF code.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit through our handling, we will investigate and offer either:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional freight cost, or
  • A refund of our shipping and handling fees (not the item purchase cost from the retailer).

Damage caused by the original retailer's packaging or by Sri Lanka Customs inspection is outside our control and not eligible for refund.

5. Customs Delays & Seizures

We do not offer refunds for delays or seizures caused by Sri Lanka Customs. We will assist you fully with any customs queries but cannot be held responsible for decisions made by Sri Lanka Customs authorities.

6. Address Expiry

Your UK address is valid for 30 days from payment verification. If your UK address expires before you place your retailer order, we do not offer a refund. A new order and payment will be required to obtain a new address.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable window:
